The Empress. Something you have tended is ready to flourish, given warmth and room to grow. Third: the point where something begins to grow under its own power. Abundance, fertility, and the patience that growing things demand of whoever planted them. Its sign is Taurus, which holds: slow, sensory and immovable, valuing what can be touched and kept over what merely sounds good. Being Earth, it resolves only in material terms: time, money, body, or work actually done. Its keyword range runs through abundance, nurturing, fertility, sensuous creativity, and growth.
